The work runs across several desks: a request passes three people, information lives in mailboxes and Excel, and nobody has the full overview. Then one conversation is not enough; you need to speak to the people doing the work, and you need an outcome the whole team can stand behind.
How it works
Review
We start with a conversation with the decision-maker, followed by at most three conversations with involved employees. That surfaces how the work really runs, not just how it should run on paper.
Choose
We investigate at most two processes and work out the five best improvement opportunities, each assessed on return, feasibility, data and risks. We present the outcomes to you and your team.
Deliver
You receive a substantiated priority for one first build project, including a fixed-price proposal. Clear what comes first, what later and what not.

How much of my team's time does this take?
One conversation per involved employee. The decision-maker joins twice: the kick-off and the presentation of the outcomes. We do the working out.
Why at most two processes?
Deliberately scoped: two processes investigated thoroughly yield more than five done halfway. If more turns out to be going on, you will see that in the advice.
What is the fixed-price proposal worth?
It is a concrete proposal for one first build project, with clear boundaries and a fixed price. You decide whether to accept it; nothing is mandatory.
Can we use the outcome internally?
Yes. The report and the priority are yours and usable on their own, also if you want to continue with another party or in-house.
