The Blue Thing

Services

We start with the work problem. The Work Scan makes clear which first step is worth it.

Work Scan

Already know what you want built? Then you get a fixed quote after a free introductory call. Not sure where to start? Then the Work Scan first examines where time leaks away and what a first step would deliver. The report is yours, and if you then have us build, we deduct the amount in full.

For which businesses

The same building blocks, told from the daily work in three sectors.

What does it cost?

Every solution gets a fixed price up front, after a free introductory call of at most 30 minutes. No hourly billing. What determines the investment:

  • How many integrations with your own systems are needed
  • How much knowledge and data has to go in
  • What the first version does and does not need to do
  • For a phone assistant: the per-minute call costs, clearly stated up front

We always start with a clearly scoped first version, so the investment stays manageable and you see results quickly. What will and will not be built is set out in writing in the quote.

Not sure where to start? The Work Scan first examines what pays off; we deduct that amount in full if you then have us build.

Support is optional from €195 per month and can be cancelled monthly. New features always get a separate fixed quote.

Good to know up front

You work alone. What if you fall ill or stop?

A fair question. That is why I build in a way that does not make you dependent on me. Accounts, data and code are in your name, you get documentation, and everything runs on common technology another developer can take over. Maintenance can be cancelled monthly, and if things stop you get a proper handover.

What happens to our data?

Before anything is built we discuss which data a solution needs, where it runs and what stays firmly out of scope. Those agreements go into the quote, including a data processing agreement when needed. The chat demo on this site does not store conversations.

Do we need our own IT department?

No. Our approach is a good fit when AI is not yet a structural part of your daily work.
