Which businesses is the Work Scan for?+
For businesses in the Netherlands with a concrete, recurring digital work problem. Compact is for one clearly defined work problem. Team is for work that touches several people or processes.
Do I need experience with AI?+
No. We start with the work that costs time, not with a tool.
Do we need our own IT department?+
No. Our approach is a good fit when AI is not yet a structural part of your daily work.
What does the first step cost?+
The introductory call is free and takes no more than 30 minutes. If you already know what you want, a free fixed quote follows. If you want research first: Work Scan Compact costs €495 excluding VAT, Work Scan Team €1,950 excluding VAT, and both are deducted in full if you have us build within three months.
Do I have to pay to get a quote?+
No. A quote is always free. The Work Scan is something other than a quote: a study of where your time leaks away and what a first step would deliver, with a report that is yours even if you do not continue with us. If you do have us build afterwards, we deduct the amount in full.
What happens after the scan?+
You get a clear priority, and if you want you can then request a fixed quote for one first build project. The Work Scan amount is then deducted in full.
What happens to our data?+
Before anything is built we discuss which data a solution needs, where it runs and what stays firmly out of scope. Those agreements go into the quote, including a data processing agreement when needed. The chat demo on this site does not store conversations.
You work alone. What if you fall ill or stop?+
A fair question. That is why I build in a way that does not make you dependent on me. Accounts, data and code are in your name, you get documentation, and everything runs on common technology another developer can take over. Maintenance can be cancelled monthly, and if things stop you get a proper handover.
Does the blue thing work across the Netherlands?+
Yes. We work nationwide.
