The Blue Thing

What can your systems do?

We don't build a new system next to your existing software. AI and automation work inside the programs you already have, through your package's official integrations. Below you'll see what's usually possible per type of system.

Accounting and administration

Accounting packages integrate well, and this is often where the most time is saved.

Email, chat and phone

Where most customer questions come in, and where an assistant makes an immediate difference.

Webshop and shipping

Orders, questions and shipping are intertwined; automation pays off quickly here.

CRM and sales

A CRM only works when it fills itself.

Planning, projects and HR

Recurring busywork around appointments, tasks and staff is ideal for automation.

Website and marketing

Your website and socials can do more than broadcast.

Numbers and reporting

Separate systems mean separate lists. That can be one overview.

Frequently asked questions about integrations

Does this also work with our custom-built system?

Usually, yes. Older or custom-built systems often have an integration option too, and if not, there are safe alternatives. A short introductory call quickly tells us whether your situation fits.

Do we need to switch software?

No. The whole point is that AI works inside the programs you already have. Your team keeps working the way it's used to.

What does an integration cost?

That depends on what needs to happen. After a free introductory call you get a fixed quote for realisation, so no hourly billing. If you first want to know what an integration delivers, there is the Work Scan; we deduct that amount if you then have us build.

How about the security of our data?

Integrations run through your package's official routes, with only the permissions that are truly needed. Agreements about data and privacy are set down in advance.

Don't see your software?

Chances are it works anyway. Tell us which systems you use in a short introductory call and you'll hear right away what's possible.
